The WWE Universe is excited at the announcement of WWE '12 but at the same time , some of the WWE Universe members are not so happy.And Their Reason : "WWE '12 is not being released on PlayStation Portable OR PlayStation 2.They say its because PlayStation 2 and Portable are Much Cheaper Compared To The Systems in which WWE '12 is Scheduled To Release ; Microsoft XBOX 360 , Sony PlayStation 3 and Nintendo Wii.Well , I Have Two Words For Those Guys....It Is Wrong (err....actually its 3 Words..But , Who Counts ?).As You Know , The Evolution in The History Of Gaming Consoles Change because of invention of Newest Storage Devices.Such as , When The Usage of DVDs were increased , Sony created PlayStation 2 just because the Older PlayStation was not compatible with DVD's,They just had the ability to read CD's.So,Sony Developed PlayStation 2 just Because The Game Developers began Modifying The Game Textures To Higher Quality , Then it was not enough to fit on CD's , which only had a capacity of 700 Megabytes.They still had lot of money through PlayStation , that money was not why they Developed PlayStation 2.They just needed to upgrade their Features , That's all. Then From 2003,PlayStation 2 Began Taking The Role of the Old PlayStation.But , When Blu-ray discs were introduced , PlayStation 2 was not having the ability to Read it.So, Sony Upgraded PlayStation 2 to A Brand New PlayStation 3.
So,What i am saying is , Until last year , THQ and Yukes got along with Former Engine.But the Gameplay in the PS2 and PS3 versions was almost the same , excluding Ladder Matches and Table Matches where , In PS3 and XBOX 360 versions , characters had extra animations while colliding with the Ring and Ropes.But in PS2 and PSP version , Ladder Matches were complete different.Players were not able to interact with Tables or Ropes while in Mid-air , Tables were not broken when superstars fell from the ladder and son on.The Difference was because PlayStation 2 Discs [DVD Format] were not able to carry more than 4.7 GB of Data and the extended,full version (That of 360 and PS3) of the Game was a minimum of 6623 MB. So , THQ made some changes into the PS2 and PSP versions.Some of Them are:
* Newly introduced Superstar's body sweat was removed
* Environmental Grapple Was added instead of interacting with Environment Automatically
* Animations in the Time of Superstar selection was removed
* WWE Shop , Trophies and Online Modes were Removed
So , the overall size of the PS2 version was reduced to 3304 MB so that it could be fit in a PS2 DVD.
But This Year , Newly Introduced "Predator Technology" is not a small thing. THQ and Yukes almost fully rebooted the Game Engine. The New Features like Breaking The Animations in the middle of a move requires the moveset to be larger in size. So,it is not likely to be fit in a Standard PS2 DVD.In the case of PSP , It Requires more than half of the PSP memory and i don't think that the PSP disc can hold more that 4.7 GB, just like PS 2 DVD.So,Its Bad News For Both PS2 and PSP gamers [ Bad Things Happen To Bad People ]
In the future , i don't think that there will be any PlayStation 2 Version for ANY WWE game.So , All PS2 n PSP users , Buy a new 360 or PS3 if u can afford it, Or you won't be playing WWE games anymore.

You are right why there do not have in psp and playstation. on the website they say have. but went I want to buy can't find.
